Return and Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

We stand behind our products. But in case if you are not satisfied, perhaps due to size, color or model is not right for you, you may return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returned items must be unused condition and in the original packaging

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@bodyreapers.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number and return address, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return item.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return, we will process your return. Please allow at least four (4) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take up to 1 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

EXCEPTIONS    

For defective or damaged products, you can return it at any time. please contact us at the customer service email to arrange a refund. Body reapers does not cover wear and tear, damage caused by accidents or improper use.
